Tuesday: Cloudy through mid-morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 59. Light south wind becoming southwest 5-10 mph in the afternoon, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Increasing clouds overnight, southwest wind 7-9 mph and a low around 38.
