Parent-teacher conferences
Bigfork schools holds parent-teacher conferences on Oct. 30.
Trunk or treat
Bring the kiddos down to Electric Avenue for trick or treating in the Bigfork Village from 4-6 p.m. on Oct. 31. Other businesses not on Electric Avenue will set up their (trunk) spot at Lake Baked to hand out treats.

The Bigfork School Board meets Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 5 p.m. at the high school library.
Decorating prep day
Calling all Elves. “Prep Day” also known as Bulb Twisting/Tree Chopping/Bow Making Day is Saturday at 8 a.m., Nov. 14 at the Garden Bar.
Bigfork decorating day
Meet in front of the Bigfork Inn at 8 a.m. on Nov. 21 for a quick lesson on bow and tree tying before hitting the streets of Bigfork.
Thanksgiving break
Bigfork School District's Thanksgiving break is Nov. 25-27.
Holiday Art Walk
Bigfork’s Holiday Art Walk begins at 4 p.m., Nov. 28. Head over to the Bigfork Inn for the annual tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m.
Somers-Lakeside School Board
Meetings are held on the third Monday monthly at either Somers School or Lakeside School.
Lakeside Library
Storytime is the first and third Tuesdays at the library at 10:30 a.m. Listen to some great stories and join in the craft. All children welcome with an adult.
West Shore craft night
West Shore Community Library hosts a craft night the second Tuesday of the month from 6-8 p.m. Free and open to all adults.
West Shore Community Dinner
The free community dinner is on the second Friday of each month from 5-6:30 p.m. Meet at The Gathering Place in Lakeside.
Bigfork Senior Center
Hot lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Recommended donation for meals is $4 for seniors age 60 and over, $6 for non-seniors.
Community meal
A free community meal is at Bethany Lutheran Church every Wednesday. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. The church is at 8559 Montana 35.
Lakeside Senior Lunch
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.-noon, at the Lakeside Chapel Gathering Place. To reserve a plate call Janice at 406-250-0148. $4 for 60 and older, $6 for anyone under 60.
