NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing during their meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. Lake St., Sandpoint, Idaho, to take public testimony as the Commission considers a recommendation to amend Sandpoint City Code Title 9, Chapters 1 & 3, to create a definition of data center and modify and establish new regulations for data centers.  Seating in Council chambers is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
