MISSOULA —  The start of the Flathead’s 2026 flag football season has gone swimmingly, with the Bravettes downing Missoula Big Sky 27-7 Tuesday at MCPS Stadium.

Gracie May Kilmer completed 21 of 27 passes for 216 yards and four touchdowns. Three of the scores went to Lexi Perion, who had seven catches for 110 yards.

Danica Hennell caught the other, covering 18 yards.

“Gracie May played great,” said Flathead coach Jess Hensley, whose club is 2-0, including a 20-6 win over Hamilton last Thursday. “She controlled the game and took what they gave and didn’t make any mistakes. Just a great first two games for her.

“Our defense has just been playing lights out. We’ve faced 14 drives and have 12 stops.”

Clara Schilling was credited with 57 rushing yards on nine carries, and Hutton Williams led the defense with four tackles and an interception.

The Bravettes’ next action is Saturday against Butte, at 4 p.m. inside Legends Stadium.
