Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities    The City of Priest River is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $139,256.00. The proposed project is public-park improvements consisting of playground equipment, freight, professional installation, and eligible grant administration. The project is located at an existing city-owned public park and will remain available to the general public without an admission or playground-use fee. The hearing will include a discussion of the need of the project; the application process; and the project’s scope of work, location, funding/budget, schedule, and expected benefits. The application, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review.    The hearing has been scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5:30 pm, at Priest River City Hall, 552 High Street, Priest River, Idaho, 83856.
