PORT OF MOSES LAKE NORTHERN COLUMBIA BASIN RAILROAD PROJECT (NCBRP) CONTRACT NO. 26-099 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Port of Moses Lake is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of the Northern Columbia Basin Railroad Project (NCBRP), Contract No. 26-099, located in and around Moses Lake, Washington.
