NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RATHDRUM CITY COUNCIL “NEW FEES & FEE INCREASE” The Rathdrum City Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 9, 2026, commencing at 5:30 PM at Rathdrum City Hall, 8047 W.
