Bulldog spikers sweep Frenchtown

WHITEISH — Abby Brooks had nine kills, Allie Shors had three aces and Whitefish swept a volleyball match from Frenchtown Tuesday, 25-22, 27-25, 25-17.
Shors filled up the stat sheet: In addition to her aces she had 20 assists, 15 digs and two kills.
Annabelle Barrile had 8 kills and Avery Orme seven for the Bulldogs; Orme also had three blocks. Emy Hanson checked in with 4 digs and four assists.
“The girls played tenacious defense with Avery Orme being a wall at the net,” Whitefish coach Addy Connely said. “Abby Brooks had timely kills to help change the momentum. Allie Shors led our offense and Edolie Petersen (five kills) got ahold of a few key balls hitting to seal it.”
