Glacier boys down Big Sky in soccer; girls tie

Glacier found two first half goals to jump in front of Missoula Big Sky as the Wolfpack claimed a 3-1 victory over the Eagles Tuesday in high school boys soccer at Glacier High School.

Liam Swank found the opener for the Wolfpack 24 minutes into the game. 

Madrid Stephan doubled the advantage just before halftime. 

In the second half, Brecken Evenson Made it 3-0 around the mid-point of the frame. 

Big Sky found one goal through a 63rd minute penalty. 

Jack Young shut down the Eagles the rest of the way to preserve the win, making two saves.

Glacier girls 2, Big Sky 2 

Gracie Winkler netted a second half brace and the Wolfpack girls rallied from two goals behind to tie the Eagles. 

Big Sky took a 2-0 lead into the halftime break before Winkler found her first goal in the 57th minute. 

Winkler found the leveler in the 71st minute on a penalty, but neither side could find a winner over the final nine minutes.
