NO. 2890 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council will hold a public hearing and make a formal final vote on the item below on September 21, 2026. City Council meetings are held in the Whitefish City Council Chambers, Whitefish, Montana. 1. A request by Lech Naumovich and Andrea Beale to annex and rezone 292 Reservoir Road to WSR (Suburban Residential District). The property is currently undeveloped and is zoned Flathead County R-1 (Suburban Residential). The property can be legally described as Tract 1C of Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. (WAR 26-02) Documents pertaining to these agenda items are available for review at City Hall, 418 E 2nd Street, during regular business hours.
