This week's Athlete of the Week is Marlee Lane of Sandpoint Volleyball.
The Bulldogs' senior on the team caught fire last week, helping her team to two wins over Moscow and Bonners Ferry. In the showdown with the Badgers, Lane scored 10 of the Bulldogs' last 25 points to clinch a three-set victory for Sandpoint. She added seven more, with a .600 hitting efficiency, against Moscow for a total of 18 kills across those two games. Lane added another four blocks in the team's game against Coeur d'Alene, truly becoming a key piece for Sandpoint this year.
