Tiger netters have fun, but fall in three

HOT SPRINGS – The St. Regis Tigers may have lost the competitive match in three sets Sept. 3 at Hot Springs, but there will be no denying the Mineral County girls their fun.
“They most certainly do have fun, each one truly enjoys playing the sport and being on the court,” Lady Tiger coach Kianna Barnett said.
Having the most fun Thursday for St. Regis were Khila Teeters (who hit two aces and 17 digs), Daisy Sansom (seven assists) and Austyn Dalka (six kills).
As a team, St. Regis totaled four aces, 11 assists, 72 digs and 13 kills.
The Tigers were to have hosted Valley Christian Tuesday, Sept. 8 and are scheduled to visit Noxon Thursday.
