Columbia Falls native Cassie Baldelli (Stoneman) and her business partner Lynn Stoll recently opened the valley’s first Lagree studio and spa near the new Costco off Highway 93.
Lagree exercise machines use springs that can be fine-tuned to a person’s ability, perfect for someone who is just starting out with an exercise regime or rehabilitating from an injury all the way up to a person looking to sculpt their body exactly to their liking.
“There’s a modification for pretty much any level of fitness,” Baldelli noted during a recent tour of Core & Co. last week.
Every class offered is a full body workout, she added.
“It’s really different than Pilates,” she said.
Core & Co. offers both group, private one-on-one and private classes, she said.
They also have yoga and hot yoga classes as well as hot sculpt classes as well. People can also get Botox, IVs, vitamins, fillers and chemicals peels through Dr. Lauren Keeney, a wellness physician.
The gym offers childcare for working moms, so moms don’t have to worry about their children while working out. Both Stoll and Baldelli have three children of their own and know all too well the challenges of finding care while at the gym.
People may remember Baldelli as a key member of the 2004 Columbia Falls state championship girls soccer team.
The gym also has an outdoor ¼-mile running track. People can drop in for a single class, but it’s more cost effective to buy a class pack or a membership. They also offer workout clothing from the likes of Lululemon and others.
