Connie Lockman, 82, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2026, with her two sons and grandson by her side. She was born March 15, 1944.
Connie was married to Bob Lockman for 36 years until his passing on Dec. 25, 2020. Together they built a life centered around their love of family, baseball, and serving their community.
Connie had a love for all kinds of animals, especially horses, ostriches, goats and cats, which brought her endless joy throughout her life. She spent 31 years living in Columbia Falls, where she became a familiar and beloved part of the community. Connie and Bob dedicated countless hours to the Glacier Twins American Legion baseball team, where they enjoyed spending time together supporting their team.
After Bob’s passing, Connie found companionship and enjoyment at the Moose Lodge in Whitefish, where she especially loved playing bingo and spending time with family and friends.
Connie will be remembered for her caring heart, her love of animals, her dedication to her community and the many friendships she made throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life for Connie will be held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Moose Lodge in Whitefish.
