Rimrock Companies is building a 73-unit apartment building at 21 Hedman Lane across U.S. Highway 93 from Wright's Furniture. Rimrock built other multifamily developments in town, including Whitefish Crossing and The Quarry, and it built the Firebrand, as the company also specializes in hospitality, senior living, storage, retail and mixed-use projects.

Council endorses grant application to fund Big Mountain Road roundabout
