The second annual Top of the Swan Bluegrass Camp and Jamboree will let the good times roll Sept. 18, 19 and 20 in Ferndale.

The three-day event is a gathering of like-minded musicians who find sitting around a campfire picking with others, time well spent. The event will feature notable bluegrass bands, local vendors and food trucks at A-Bar, 11032 Montana 83. People are encouraged to bring their own chairs as seating will be limited.

On Sept. 18, Old Freight Road is scheduled to play from 9 to 10 p.m., Mossy Rock Combo from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and the Flathead Cherry Pickers from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

On Sept. 19, a musician's spotlight is scheduled from 1 to 6 p.m. Old Freight Road will then perform from 2 to 3:30 p.m. A Banjos and Biscuits potluck breakfast and final round of picking will close out the weekend on Sept. 20.

People are invited to tent and RV camp, for free, on a 10-acre tract of land. Camping spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Running water will be available, but there will be no hookups.  Portable toilets will be set up.

There is no cost; however, donations will be accepted.
