Donna Faye Spade-Parnell, 61

Donna Faye Spade-Parnell, 61, of Sagle, Idaho, passed away peacefully Sept. 13, 2026. She was born Sept. 23, 1964, to Pascal and Bernice Spade.

Donna was the youngest of eight children. She was preceded in death by two of her brothers, as well as her beloved husband, Kenneth Parnell.

Donna leaves behind her daughter, Courtney Parnell-Stucks, who was the center of her world and a source of great pride and love throughout her life.

Donna will be remembered for her generous heart, creative spirit, and lifelong dedication to 4-H. For nearly 40 years, she was a passionate advocate for the program, giving her time, energy, and heart to generations of young people. She was known for announcing the swine show and became a familiar and much-loved voice at the fair.

Her dedication to 4-H took her far beyond her local fair. Donna had the privilege of traveling to state and national events with 4-H kids for horse events, cheering them on, supporting them through the hard work, and celebrating their accomplishments. These experiences created countless memories that she treasured deeply. One of her final joys was attending one last fair just a couple of weeks before her passing.

Donna was also a wonderfully talented artist. She created countless handmade pieces, including leather work, drawings, and beautiful beadwork. Her creativity was a special part of who she was, and the pieces she made will remain treasured reminders of her.

She also loved spending time with her beloved dog, Stubby, who brought her endless companionship and joy.

Donna's life was defined by love, creativity, service, and the people she touched along the way. Her dedication to 4-H, her artistic gifts, her presence at the fair, and the memories she created with those she loved will continue to live on.

Though she is deeply missed, Donna's legacy will remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and the many young people whose lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
