A Polson man is accused of secretly recording a young girl as she disrobed. Nicholas Carson Greene-Daniel, 25, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Sept. 10 to felony sexual abuse of children.
According to court records, on Aug. 25, a woman reported to law enforcement that she found images on her granddaughter’s iPad. A video dated Aug. 21 appears to show that Greene-Daniel had set-up a recording device in the bathroom of his residence. Images of the fully nude girl were captured.
When Greene-Daniel was arrested, his wife allegedly slapped him and he responded with, “I deserve it.”
Judge John A. Mercer set the case for trial on Jan. 11. Greene-Daniel remains in custody with a bond totaling $150,000
