Special Olympics team to hold yard and bake sale

The Bonners Ferry Special Olympics Team is hosting a multi-family yard and bake sale on Friday, Sept. 18, and Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 6264 McCall St. 

Rather than setting prices, organizers are asking shoppers to choose what they would like and make a fair donation to support the team’s 32 local athletes. 

Raffle tickets for a 2026 Toyota 4Runner will also be available for purchase during the event. 

Organizers ask that there be no early bird shoppers.
