All voters invited to community conversation at Montana Tap House

Montana voters from across the political spectrum are invited to a public gathering at the Montana Tap House at 845 Wisconsin Ave. in Whitefish on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 5 p.m.

The event will feature guests ranging from political figures to business leaders for a candid conversation about the financial challenges facing Montana and the nation, and what the current election season could mean for residents and businesses. 

With the cost of groceries, gasoline, electricity and other everyday necessities at an all-time high, many Montanans are feeling increasing financial pressure. The gathering will give members of the public an opportunity to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and participate in a constructive discussion about improving affordability across Montana. 

“This is about bringing people together—not dividing them by political affiliation,” said Ed Docter, event organizer. “Montanans are dealing with significant increases in the cost of everyday life, and it is time to start talking openly about the challenges and the solutions. Different views can help build a stronger Montana.” 

The event is free and open to Republicans, Democrats, independents, libertarians and voters of every political viewpoint. Free food and beer will be provided.
