Law roundup: Evicted tenant bends the rules

An evicted tenant allegedly tried to finagle his way back in by taking up residency with a current tenant. 

Kalispell Police received a report of a screaming woman in a store who threw magazines at an employee on her way out. 

A green pickup hauling a trailer allegedly hit someone taking a photo of their license plate and drove away. Upset but uninjured, they followed the pickup to a post office parking lot. Officers spoke to the alleged suspect, who described a civil dispute rather than a hit-and-run, saying no collision occurred.
