Restore women's health care, vote yes on Prop 1

I’m prolife and that is why I’m voting "yes" on Prop 1 to restore limited abortions to Idaho. The draconian, cruel, and anti-life abortion law in Idaho has increased abortion overall and made having a baby in this state very dangerous.

If decreasing abortion is pro-life then this Idaho law is anti-life because there has been a 5% increase in abortion in the U.S. since the overturning of Row v. Wade, especially in states near Idaho. Pregnant woman used to know we cared and could help her find other options. Now she knows we see her as a villain, too stupid to make medical choices.

Pregnant women risk death and disability because OBGYN doctors have fled. Forty-three percent of OBGYN doctors have left Idaho. In North Idaho many women travel a hundred miles to get care. Idaho Lawmakers call that a minor inconvenience, but a woman can die in less than 10 minutes if her placenta separates. How is this callous disregard of her life and health pro-life?

We can restore women’s health care and a compassionate pro-life voice that helps women chose life. Vote "yes" on Prop 1 and restore safety to doctors and women while decreasing abortions.
