The “Matt Baker Comedy & Stunt Show,” featuring the five-time Guinness World Record holder, comes to the O’Shaughnessy Center Oct. 2.
Baker is a Seattle-based award-winning comedian whose one-man show combines the timing of a stand-up comedian with the skill and unpredictability of a stunt performer with audience participation tossed into the mix.
His astonishing stunts include catching a bowling ball on his head, spearing vegetables in mid-air and juggling with his mouth, all while sharing observational humor on the advantages of traveling light, outdated slang, unexpected uses of technology and the proper way to floss your teeth.
His performances have taken him around the world and on TV, appearing on “The Late Show with James Corden,” “Last Comic Standing,” “America’s Got Talent” and the cable channel Comedy Central.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for students. Tickets can be purchased at whitefishtheatreco.org; by calling 406-862-5371 or at the box office, 1 Central Ave., Whitefish. The box office is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays and one hour before a performance.
This show is sponsored by Stockman Bank and John and Marianne Evenhuis.
