NOTICE of FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION  The Lincoln County Floodplain Administrator is in receipt of a Floodplain Permit Application submitted by Mark Hennigan for Proposed work on Libby Creek to include bank stabilization, woody debris removal, and creek channel alteration within the floodplain. The project site is approximately 4 miles south of Libby off Dolphin Way. The project site is legally described as Parcel B1 of C.O.S. 4562 in SW S25, T30 N, R31 W (Geocode 56-4175-25-2-01-15-0000), Lincoln County.  Adjacent landowners and other interested parties have fifteen (15) days from the publishing of this notice, to submit comments concerning this proposal to the Lincoln County Planning Department located at 512 California Ave, Libby, MT 59923, or by email at [email protected].
