Amy Mae Culpepper, 48, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for protection order violation at residence, workplace or daycare. 

Shelby Culpepper, 58, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for violation of a no-contact or protection order. 

Sept. 24 

Talan Joseph Goggles Obendorf, 19, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for first-degree assault. 

Brandon L Chavez-Vasquez, 21, booked by Washington State Patrol for four counts of reckless endangerment, five Grant County District Court warrants, operation of a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device, speeding, DUI, third-degree driving with license suspended and failure to use child restraint. 

Giovani Isaac Leos, 23, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant. 

Nakia Leeon Owens, 33, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for two Grant County District Court warrants. 

Samuel Joshua Alaniz, 36, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant. 

Eulisis Garibay, 27, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant and being in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence.
