A 47-year-old woman accused of exposing herself to teenagers in Columbia Falls before driving off drunk is facing multiple felonies in Flathead County District Court.  

Prosecutors brought Stephanie Lea Roszko up on counts of indecent exposure and driving under the influence, fourth offense, after the Sept. 10 incident at the Columbia Falls skate park. She was expected to appear before Judge Heidi Ulbricht on Sept. 24 for her arraignment.  

Columbia Falls Police officers found Roszko in a vehicle parked on a bike path while trying to track down a woman who allegedly exposed her chest to a group of minors, according to court documents. They watched as Roszko, who was in a vehicle matching the description given to them, moved from the driver's seat to the front passenger seat, court documents said. 

Roszko allegedly told the officers she hadn't been driving, but admitted being at the skate park. She said she was trying to go home, according to court documents.  

Officers described Roszko as boasting slurred speech and watery, bloodshot eyes, according to court documents. She allegedly gave off the odor of an alcoholic beverage. 

Although she refused to undergo field sobriety tests, she offered a preliminary breath sample, which returned at 0.342, according to court documents. Officers later secured a warrant for a blood sample and took her to Logan Health Whitefish for the procedure.  

WITNESSES TOLD detectives that Roszko had been drinking from a bottle at the skate park, according to court documents.  

Getting into her car, she allegedly lifted her shirt and exposed her breasts to three teen boys. One of the boys told the authorities he was related to Roszko and said she was not wearing a bra under her shirt, court documents said.  

She then drove off, they told investigators.  

In the charging documents, Flathead County Attorney Travis Ahner wrote that investigators concluded that Roszko "should have known that exposing herself to three juvenile boys would cause them affront or alarm, especially since she was related to one of the boys, and her behavior would humiliate that child and violate his dignity among his friends." 

Roszko has three prior driving under the influence convictions, occurring in August 2009, June 2014 and October 2022, according to the charging documents.  

She also faced a felony criminal endangerment charge in December 2023 after allegedly shooting a man while playing with a gun inside a Crescent Drive home. Initially pleading not guilty, Roszko entered into a one-year deferred prosecution agreement in May 2024. 

Roszko faces between four and 100 years behind bars and a fine of up to $50,000 if convicted of felony indecent exposure, owing in part to the age of the victims.
