OCT NIBJ: Post Falls Chamber welcomes Maddalone, John

POST FALLS — The Post Falls Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed two additions to its leadership team.
Andrea Maddalone has been named director of operations and Madison John was promoted to marketing manager.
“We are very fortunate to have Andrea and Madison serving in these key roles,” said Christina Petit, the chamber's president and CEO. “Andrea brings extensive chamber experience, strong operational knowledge and a genuine passion for serving people. Madison has already shown us what she can do through her creativity, dedication and commitment to our members. Their individual strengths and shared enthusiasm for our mission will be tremendous assets to our organization and community.”
Maddalone brings more than 10 years of experience serving communities through her work with other chambers of commerce. Her professional background includes operational leadership, member service, relationship building and creating positive experiences for businesses and community partners.
As director of operations, Maddalone oversees the chamber’s daily operations, with a focus on collaboration, attention to detail and continuous improvement aimed at supporting the chamber's many programs, events and member services.

Maddalone succeeds Sheri Bullock, who previously served as the chamber’s in that role.
John, who has been with the chamber for a year and a half, was promoted to marketing manager. in her time with the chamber, Petit said she has distinguished herself through her creativity, dependability and dedication to serving chamber members and the greater Post Falls community. Her strong performance, fresh ideas and commitment to the organization have earned her this expanded leadership role.
As marketing manager, John is responsible for the chamber’s website, social media marketing, digital campaigns and organizational communications. She will help ensure members and the community remain informed about chamber programs, events, resources and opportunities while continuing to strengthen its digital presence.
“Madison brings both creativity and heart to everything she does,” Petit said. “She understands that our marketing is not simply about promoting events; it is about telling the stories of our members, sharing important resources and helping people feel connected to the Chamber and the Post Falls community. This promotion is very well deserved, and I am excited to watch her continue to grow in this role.”
John will also continue serving as the staff lead for the chamber’s Ambassador Committee. Petit said she has done an outstanding job supporting the Ambassadors, strengthening relationships and helping this important group welcome new members, celebrate local businesses and represent the Chamber throughout the community.
