Law roundup: Hitting stop sign is Instagram-worthy event

Three giggling teens allegedly got out of a black Lexus sedan after hitting a stop sign, took pictures and then hit the road. Someone told the Kalispell Police Department that the sign was in the yard of a residence at the northwest corner of the intersection.
