A man accused of bringing methamphetamine into Libby via train and selling it locally pleaded guilty last week to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.

Schug, 37, of Spirit Lake, on three counts of injury to a child, all misdemeanors. In Idaho, injury to a child can be a misdemeanor or a felony offense. If the circumstances are unlikely to “produce great bodily harm or death,” the crime is generally a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail.
