Whitefish man dies in plane crash
Hugh Rogers, 50, a popular veterinarian here in Whitefish, died Wednesday, April 1, after his plane crashed on the ice on Hungry Horse Reservoir about 35 miles south of the dam. There were no other people aboard the plane.

Denise May (Feaser) Hamilton passed away peacefully at home on May 22, 2010 at the age of 55 after a short battle with cancer. Born Aug. 5, 1954 in Maryland to John William Feaser and Dolores Wilderson Feaser, Denise could be considered a "wild child" as she was always getting into trouble with her black and gold Mustang. After graduating from Randallstown High School in 1972, Denise went to Arizona to visit long-time friend and 'sister' Helen.
