NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & SITE VISIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will conduct a site visit and public hearing at the following times and places on Monday, May 22, 2017, to consider the following request: File ZC358-16 - Zone Change-Suburban to Rural Service Center - Bruce French is requesting a zone change from Suburban to Rural Service Center. The site is located in the Coolin Community, and is accessed on Highland, in Section 10, Township 59 North, Range 4 West, B.M. Site Visit: 9:00 a.m.: The Bonner County Board of Commissioners will visit the site at 414 Missouri Street (accessed from Highland), in the Coolin Community, in order to gather information by viewing the site and surroundings. During the site visit no public testimony will be taken, but the public has the right to be present. Public Hearing: 11:00 a.m.: The Bonner County Board of Commissioners will conduct the public hearing for file ZC358-16 - Zone Change - Suburban to Rural Service Center in the 3rd Floor BOCC Meeting Room, Suite 338 of the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho. The Planning & Zoning Commission at their regular scheduled public hearing on February 2, 2017 recommended approval of this request to the Bonner County Board of Commissioners. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the public hearing should contact the Bonner County Planning Department at (208) 265-1458 at least 48 hours before the hearing. Written statements exceeding 1 standard letter-sized, single-spaced page must be submitted to the planning department no later than 5 days prior to the public hearing.
