Valerie “Val” Ann Silvey-Singer, 73, passed away on March 25, 2026, at her daughter’s home in Worley, Idaho, following a short battle with ovarian cancer. Valerie was born on April 15, 1952, in Spokane, Wash., to Maurice and Dorothy Silvey.
