Teresa Lynn Haaland joined her mom and her Lord on Dec. 31, 2017 at the family home in Helena. Teresa was born to Katherine and Ralph Moorman in Grass Valley, California on Oct. 20, 1959. The family moved to Butte where she grew up and graduated from Butte High School. She later moved to the Bitterroot Valley, and then to Troy, where she married her best friend, Frederick (Rick) Haaland.

Juanita F. Rice, 79, of Libby passed away Aug. 10, 2018, at her home in Libby of natural causes. She was born Sept. 12, 1938, in Austin, Minnesota. At an early age, she moved to Roundup, where she attended school, graduating from Roundup High School as salutatorian of her class. She then received her associates degree from Parks Business School in Denver, Colorado. In 1966, Juanita moved to Alaska where she lived for 19 years. She returned to Montana in 1985 and lived in Helena until she moved to Libby in 1991. While in Libby, she worked at Ben Franklin.

Jessie Louise Dempsey-Lowe, 76, formerly of Troy, died on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Spokane, Washington. She was born on September 6, 1942, at Great Falls, Montana, to Ivan and Esther Dempsey. Esther passed away when Jessie was 13. She married Tommy E. Smith on November 23, 1960, at Troy.
