I was once a Bonner County resident and now am a Kootenai County resident. I would like to think that every person that lives in their own county would like to know that their tax money is being used for the benefit of the county they live in and not another.

I would like to give credit where credit is due. Here’s to you, Mrs. Carol Goodman! When SD No. 271 neglected to re-enroll my second-grader, and their administration refused to answer my questions or help me understand why, you answered my prayers. You went above and beyond to make sure my child had a school to attend (even though we were out of district) and went one step further and made sure he had bus service!
