Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a residence off Montana 35 after a woman called to report that her husband hit her in the face and grabbed her around the neck. He was found sitting outside on the porch when deputies arrived. He and his wife were separated.

According to Kalispell Police, someone reported multiple people shooting at geese from vehicles in Woodland Park. The reporting party said that they shot at around three geese and strangled a couple others. Officers arrived on scene and determined the account was unfounded.
