Law roundup: Passerby looks past the sign

Spotting a red sedan parked in a lot off of Idaho Street with a sign on it reading “pit bull puppies” and children playing nearby, a passerby feared the worst and called the Kalispell Police Department. They told authorities they suspected that the operation was a front and the children were actually the ones up for auction.
