School bond tactics were manipulative

I am aghast at the efforts some of the school community and school board will go to extract funds from the taxpayer. The bond has been put up for three elections and every time has been rejected until the last election when the results were manipulated by the school district. It was probably legal to phone “yes” voters and encourage them to validate their ballots while ignoring “no” voters, but is it morally correct?
