NOTICE OF HEARING OF PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE (Adult) Case No. CV14-3074 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KOOTENAI In Re: KENNETH LEE WHITEBIRD, Petitioner. A Petition for Name Change of Kenneth Lee Whitebird (Kenny), now residing in the City of Athol, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in Kootenai County, Idaho. The name will change to Kenneth Lee Anthony. The reason for the change in name is to correct an erroneous birth certificate. A hearing on the Petition is scheduled for 9:00 o'clock A.M. on May 19, 2014 at the Kootenai County Courthouse.
