Jack Crandall has visited exotic places like Germany, Korea, Greece, Ireland, Hawaii, Australia, and New Zealand. But after all these experiences, the one place he most wants to see is North Dakota.

A new Glacier memory

Had a rather new adventure 10 days ago on first 2013 visit to Glacier National Park. Left at daylight and drove 300 miles on a solo trip which covered most of the east side, from Marias Pass to Canada border. Having a new adventure is never unexpected in such a vast majestic mountain paradise, and it added something unique to my life among those peaks.

Frank Berkley Kaderka passed away on Mother’s Day, May 11, 2025, after a long battle with prostate cancer. He was 84. Frank owned Norm’s Downtown Auto Body in Coeur d’Alene for over 25 years. He was born in Cicero, Illinois, to Gertrude “Betty” Kleve and was later adopted by Frank Kaderka Sr.

When Krystyna Zak was growing up, her dad was a regular Mr. Fix-It. She used to follow him around in his shop, asking if she could help. Once, he gave her an old radio to take apart, and though she never did manage to put it back together, she enjoyed seeing what it was made of. Virus restrictions to be eased in 24 Pennsylvania counties

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — About 1.5 million Pennsylvania residents will be able to freely leave their homes next week, and retail shops and other businesses will be able to reopen, as Gov. Tom Wolf on Friday lifted some pandemic restrictions on 24 largely rural counties.
