Adams County Voluntary Stewardship Program Public Meetings Adams County is seeking agricultural producer input on the draft Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) Work Plan. The VSP is a new, non-regulatory program intended to balance natural resources protection on agricultural lands while maintaining the economic viability of agriculture. Success of the VSP depends upon producers' participation in this program and continued implementation of conservation practices on agricultural lands. Adams County VSP Work Group is hosting two public meetings to share information about the VSP and how to get involved, discuss the County's draft VSP Work Plan, and provide an opportunity for input.
