Weekend roundup: BBCC women nab win in final seconds
In a back and forth battle on Friday night, Big Bend came back to win at the last second on a Kelsey Sorenson layup to retake the lead at 67-66 as time expired. Walla Walla climbed back from a double-digit deficit at halftime to fight for a chance to win in the final moments.

Senior Erick Lopez opened up the scoring for the Warriors in the first game of the spring season, followed quickly by Wahluke freshman Diego Olivares. Arnold Ramos added a third goal for Wahluke late in the second half.
