No. 25285 INVITATION TO BID FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE LEARNING COMMONS ADDITION 725 GRANDVIEW DRIVE, KALISPELL, MT Flathead Valley Community College is requesting Bids from qualified General Contractors for the Learning Commons Addition to the existing Rebecca Chaney Broussard Center. The project located at 725 Grandview Drive, Kalispell, MT. The new addition is approximately 12,000 square-foot which includes library space and a learning commons. The anticipated construction start is Mid-May with a completion dates of Spring 2019. The one percent (1%) Montana Gross Receipts Construction and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are both applicable. Copies of the construction documents and specifications can be obtained online http://www.montanabid.com or from local Montana plans exchanges beginning Thursday, April 12th, 2018. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on site on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018 at 3:30 PM. The meeting will be conducted on site. Those attending are to meet at the front entry of the existing building located at 725 Grandview Drive, Kalispell, MT. The deadline for all subcontractors and supplier RFIs and substitution requests is 4:00pm, April 24th, 2018.
