The project located at 725 Grandview Drive, Kalispell, MT. The new addition is approximately 12,000 square-foot which includes library space and a learning commons. The anticipated construction start is Mid-May with a completion dates of Spring 2019. The one percent (1%) Montana Gross Receipts Construction and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are both applicable.
