Robert Arnold “Bob” Woodhouse, 72, died or as he liked to say, he was called home to the Big Aquarium In the Sky after a two year siege with cancer. He died peacefully at home on July 16,2017. Bob was born to “Woody” Arnold Ernest Woodhouse and “Dani” Hazel Adelide Danielson in Compton, Calif. September 24, 1944. He grew up in Swan Valley where his grandparents owned Holland Lake Lodge. Bob graduated from Missoula County High School in 1963 and entered the Navy in 1964. Trained as an aircraft mechanic, Bob served as an airman on helicopter flight crews in Iceland, the Med-iterranean and Virginia for his 4-year duty.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Independent Highway District Board of Commissioners declared a 1977 John Deere 670 motor grader and a 1980 GMC dump truck as surplus equipment at the July 26, 20006, public hearing. The grader and truck will be on display at the District shop, located at 1805 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint, Idaho, from Monday, Aug. 21 through Friday, Aug. 29. A minimum bid will be required for each. Sealed bids must be delivered to the District shop no later than noon on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006. Shutdowns open scam doors to government websites
If the government shuts down again in a few weeks, some of its websites might be inaccessible because of expired security certificates. Each government agency is responsible for keeping its security certificates updated, a process usually done annually. When agencies are shut down, however, certificates can expire.
