All sealed bids must be plainly marked "CORAM-WEST GLACIER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT NEW FACILITY" and be hand delivered to the Board of Trustees of the Coram-West Glacier Volunteer Fire Department no later than 3:00 PM on July 17, 2019, and not before 2:00 PM local time, same date. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM on same date by the Board of Trustees. Place of receipt and bid opening is: West Glacier Fire Department 100 Rea Lane (follow signs to Urgent Care Clinic) West Glacier, MT 59936 Plans and specifications are on file and can be viewed at the Montana Plans Exchange https://www.montanabid.com/ . There will be no pre-bid site meeting. Bids will be received on a lump sum price basis as described in the Contract Documents.
