Koldeway sentenced for felony sexual assault
A Polson man accused of assaulting a minor was sentenced May 21 in District Court in Polson to 10 years with the Montana Department of Corrections, with all but six months jail time suspended.
Sentence deferred for sexual abuse
A man from Salem, Ore., who admitted to inappropriate contact with a minor, was sentenced on the related charge of sexual abuse of children in District Court in Polson May 29. The imposition of sentencing for Tyler Davis Booze, 30, was deferred for six years, in accordance with a plea agreement reached March 26.

Korman sentenced to 15 years for knife incident
A Polson man was committed to five years with the Montana Department of Corrections, with none of that time suspended, for criminal endangerment. Jonathan Paul Korman, 34, was also given another 10 years with the DOC with five years suspended for assault with a weapon.
Missoula woman sentenced for possessing, selling fentanyl
A Missoula woman, accused of dealing drugs in Lake County, was committed in District Court in Polson April 22 to a total of eight years with the Montana Department of Corrections with all but time served suspended.
