Grand Opening Set Dobie Fuller, who operated Dobie’s Bargains on Mineral Avenue for about eight years, has begun business in his new Cardinal Discount store at the junction of Highway 2 and 37 in Libby. The new 50x28 ft. building is owned by Dale McGarvey of Kalispell and is located at the former site of the Plummer house, one of Libby’s landmarks, which was moved to the back of the lot to be occupied by the Fuller family. Fuller said that in addition to Cardinal gasoline, he will carry a stock of sporting goods, groceries, toys, bikes, trikes and men’s footwear.
