Flathead County Sheriff's Office arrested a man after a domestic disturbance was reported on Amtrak. On the way to jail, Charles Gipson, 53, of Chicago, reportedly bit a deputy and told him he has AIDS. He was charged with the felony crime of assault on an officer. It reportedly took four officers to subdue him.
