Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the North Central Washington Regional Support Network will meet on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 12 pm at the County Commissioner's Board room at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 450 Logan St., Davenport, Washington. The meeting is open to the public.

How should the federal government balance energy production, environmental protection and affordability for residents?"
