REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Idaho's HUD-CPD Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs Idaho Housing and Finance Association and the Idaho Department of Commerce (IDC) are the State Grantees for the following HUD-CPD programs: Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Community Development Block Grant and the Federal Housing Trust Fund. Grantees are drafting an annual evaluation report for these programs and seek input from the public and private sector, including state, regional, and local agencies/ organizations. The 30-day comment period begins May 16, 2016 and ends June 16, 2016. One public hearing will be held June 2, 2016 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Park Plaza, 565 West Myrtle, 1st floor conference room, Boise Idaho. This location is handicap accessible. On May 16th, a Spanish and English version of this notice as well as the draft report will be available for review at: http://www.idahohousing.com/ihfa/grant-programs/plans-and-reports.aspx and http://commerce.idaho.gov/communities/community-grants/community-development-block-grant-cdbg/consolidated-planning-documents.
