It's time to face the facts: Sen. Conrad Burns is an embarrassment to Montana. A foul-mouthed, self-promoting buffoon, a prince of fools in the college of clowns we know as the United States Senate, Burns is held in such contempt by his colleagues that in 18 years he hasn't been given a single committee assignment of importance or considered for a serious post in the leadership.
Dennis Schoepp
Dennis H. Schoepp, 61, a longtime Flathead Valley funeral director, died Thursday, June 11, 2009, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center. He was born Dec. 21, 1947, at Bismark, N.D., and came to Lewistown as a child where he attended school, graduating from Fergus County High School in 1966.

County Commissioners have last meeting of 2015
The last Mineral County Commissioners meeting for 2015 was held on December 31. April Quinlan and Jennifer Donovan with the Mineral County Health department presented commissioners Roman Zylawy and Laurie Johnston with information about a Local and Tribal Public Health Systems Improvement Grant. The $15,000 grant was award to Mineral County Department of Human Health and Services in Mineral County in March 2015.
